These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fyrelo mobile application and related services ("Fyrelo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Fyrelo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fyrelo.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fyrelo. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to broadcast live, to purchase coins, to send gifts, to stake coins in games or to request payouts. Broadcasting requires a declared date of birth. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Fyrelo — including games played for coins — is lawful where you live.
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. Keep your password private. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Fyrelo lets you broadcast live video and interact with other users. You keep ownership of the content you create, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the service.
You must not broadcast or post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, promotes violence or hatred, infringes intellectual-property rights, or harasses others. Broadcasts and public chat are moderated by automated systems and by people; we may remove content, end broadcasts and suspend accounts at our discretion, with or without notice. Streamers may appoint room moderators and may mute or remove viewers from their own rooms.
The app blocks screenshots and screen recording on streams and private messages, and the unobstructed view watermarks the picture with the viewer's ID. Recording or redistributing someone else's broadcast without their permission is prohibited.
Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value outside Fyrelo. Coins may be bought from Fyrelo or from an authorised Fyrelo agent; purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or by an app-store platform's policies. Coins are not redeemable for cash by the purchaser and are non-transferable except through in-app gifting, and unused coins are forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.
Coins we give away — welcome bonuses, task and referral rewards — are spendable like any other coin, but they generate no earnings for a streamer when gifted and cannot become withdrawable money in any form.
Some games on Fyrelo are played for coins, against other players or against the house, and some — including the fishing arcade — are games of chance. For those, the long-run return rate is shown in the game. Where a game uses its own credit, the exchange rate between coins and credit is shown at the exchange desk, and credit worth less than one whole coin cannot be withdrawn.
Amounts staked are deducted immediately. Winnings are coins usable within Fyrelo; they are not withdrawable cash. Leaving a match in progress forfeits its stake. Game sessions and rooms may be closed, retuned or reset at any time; using bugs, automation or any form of manipulation voids the related winnings and may close your account. Free daily game allowances are limited and may change.
Streamers earn from gifts received. Earnings may be converted into payout requests subject to the minimum threshold, the exchange rate, any transfer fees and the verification requirements shown in the app — all of which are fixed on a request when it is submitted. Payouts run on a weekly cycle: requests submitted by the weekly cutoff shown in the app are paid on the following scheduled payment day.
Weekly activity tasks. The app shows weekly broadcast tasks (for example, a number of broadcast hours across a number of days). If the week's tasks are not met, a percentage of that week's earned coins — currently 30%, shown in the app — is withheld from a payout of those coins. Broadcast time counts only while you are actually on camera: time with the camera off, covered, or with nobody in front of it does not count.
We may withhold payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
Fyrelo Plus is a membership bought with coins for a fixed period; buying again extends the time you already have. Frames, entrances and other cosmetics are virtual items tied to your account. We may change what is offered for sale at any time; items you already own remain yours for as long as your account exists. Memberships and virtual items are not refundable except where the law requires it.
You must not: attempt to access other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the service; use bots or automation to inflate views, likes, gifts, referrals or game outcomes; abuse the referral programme; circumvent moderation, bans or room removals; resell coins without being an authorised agent; or use Fyrelo to send spam or unsolicited promotion.
You may stop using Fyrelo and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account security. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licences to already-broadcast content, and limits of liability) survive.
Fyrelo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
